The Annual Highland Fourth of July Festival is back after 2 years hiatus due to the COVID pandemic. Numerous Food Vendors, Carnival Rides, Crafters and a variety of live entertainment daily on the GAZEBO STAGE. Twilight Parade: July 3rd, 2023 6:30 pm – Come celebrate the Fourth of July weekend in beautiful Downtown Highland! There will be FIVE days of food, fun and festivities!
