From JR staff reports MARION COUNTY — There seems to be no doubt folks in and around Marion County love their fireworks displays, and we’re definitely sure most of the municipalities really enjoy making sure everyone celebrates Independence Day with a blast, hosting fireworks shows throughout the county both on Friday, July 4, and on Saturday, July 5, this year in several locations. Town MARION — Having a blast on the Fourth of July doesn’t always require fireworks. Marion’s Independence Day Parade will begin on Friday, July 4 at 9 a.m. in the ball field behind the Marion Town House. Celebrate Independence Day 2025 in style!
