Fireworks July 3, 4 & 5th. Each day of our Independence Day celebration has a rodeo, the Westernaires (with a lighted performance after rodeo, but before the fireworks) and a fireworks show! Be sure to click "Independence Day" for tickets (not just July). If one is sold out try one of the other days. The Granby 4th of July fireworks displays will take place on July 3, 4 & 5 following the Flying Heels Rodeo around 9:15 - 9:30 pm. Keep in mind rodeo is a live event, so start times can vary. Access to fireworks viewing from the rodeo stands requires a rodeo ticket purchase. Westernaires will be performing in the rodeos on the evenings of July 3rd, 4th, and 5th. The rodeos start at 1 p.m. with the bigger broncs and bulls bucking in the arena at 7 p.m. At night, fireworks will light over the grandstands for these three days, one of the rodeo’s most popular traditions. Every summer, Granby holds a rodeo at the Flying Heels Arena, which includes a Junior rodeo in the afternoon and an open rodeo later in the evening.
