4th of July Fireworks Next date: Friday, July 04, 2025 | 09:00 PM to 09:30 PM Bayfront Fireworks Over Sarasota Bay Celebrate Independence Day with one of Sarasota’s most dazzling and iconic traditions — the Bayfront Fireworks Over Sarasota Bay! This free public event lights up the night sky with a spectacular fireworks display launched over the bay, offering perfect views from Island Park Annual three-day community celebration including carnival rides, a craft show, military displays, helicopter rides, musical concerts, food and one of the largest fireworks displays in this part of the Midwest with fireworks being shot out over the Saginaw River from both Wenona and Vets Park each evening of the festival! The 2025 Bay City Fireworks Festival begins Wednesday, July 2, with a carnival; fireworks begin Thursday. The event wraps up on Saturday, July 5.
