Posted on: June 15, 2025 Old-Fashioned 4th of July Celebration 59th Annual Old-Fashioned 4th of July Celebration! The community is invited to the annual Old-Fashioned 4th of July Celebration at Memorial Park. The star-spangled festivities will take place from 8 AM to 3 PM. Join your friends and neighbors for games, vendors, food, beer, and Springfield’s Old-Fashioned 4th of July Parade & Celebration in Washington Park! 2025 Theme: "Good Neighbors, Strong Communities” Date: Friday, July 4th, 2025 Time: 10:00am – 1:00pm-rain or shine-9:00am parade lineup on Drury Lane & Central The 34th annual event takes place in Midtown, Springfield’s largest nationally registered historic district and is open to all The day of festivities starts at Woodland Park’s Memorial Park at 8 a.m. with the annual Old Fashioned 4th of July Celebration that runs until 3 p.m. Then, the 45th anniversary Symphony Above the Clouds Concert kicks off at Memorial Park at 5:30 p.m. Fireworks are then planned afterward, but they are weather dependent. Visitors can enjoy a parade, food, games, arts, crafts, music, entertainment in the park and more. There are ball games being played and a car show that draws entries from miles around! The day concludes with a band concert and at dusk, a firework show lights up the sky! The Ute Pass Symphony Guild is partnering with the City of Woodland Park’s Old Fashioned 4th of July celebration! Our annual concert will take place in Memorial Park on Friday, JULY 4, 2025, following the City event. Vendors, food truck and beverage partners who participate in the daytime celebration will stay into the evening to provide a fun, family event for concert goers.
