Featuring the Palisades Will Rogers 5K & 10K Run, Kids on Bikes and Fireworks The annual Pacific Palisades July 4th Celebration is happening Tuesday, July 4, 2023 with the Palisades Will Rogers 5K & 10K Run, a parade, Kids on Bikes and fireworks. Here are the details. We’re incredibly excited to announce that we will be hosting the 78th annual Pacific Palisades July 4th Celebration, this year on the six- acre athletic field at Paul Revere Charter Middle The Palisades Will Rogers 5K Run in Venice is on Friday July 4, 2025. It includes the following events: 5K Run/Walk, Kids Fun Run, and Dick Lemen Run - High School Competition 5K. After nearly five decades as a Pacific Palisades Fourth of July tradition, the Palisades Will Rogers 5K & 10K Run and Kids’ Fun Run will move to Venice Beach for its 2025 event due to fire damage at the original location. Select participants from the traditional July 4th Parade will join the festivities, preserving the hometown charm unique to Pacific Palisades. The event is exclusive to Palisadians, their friends, and family, with complimentary tickets requiring advance registration starting in June. Pacific Palisades will welcome back its full slate of holiday programming on July 4, including a 5K and 10K run, a community parade, and a fireworks display. Other Fourth of July activities that are taking place that day include the Palisades Will Rogers 5K Run in Venice at 7 a.m., as well as the Kids’ Fun Run at 8:30 a.m. There will be a Palisades contingent in the Santa Monica 4th of July Parade, which will begin at 9:30 a.m. This year, we will be hosting the 78th annual Pacific Palisades July 4th Celebration on the six-acre athletic field at Paul Revere Charter Middle School (1450 Allenford Avenue, Los Angeles 90049). The annual July 4 th daylong festival and celebration that Pacific Palisades residents have come to expect will be different this year. Think about the Grinch Who Stole Christmas.
