Legion Memorial Park Legion Memorial Park is Everett’s place to be on the Fourth of July. The park’s overlook offers outstanding views of the waterfront and the fireworks show. Take advantage of free parking available at Everett Community College and take a shuttle to Legion Park. There is no parking available at Legion Park on July 4th. We encourage attendees to bring fun yard games to play at the park as well. At 10 p.m., the Thunder on the Bay fireworks show will light up the sky over Port Gardner Bay.
