The Ely Events Group is planning the 2025 4th of July weekend events. July 5th Rock the Park Music Event The Rock the Park music event is planned for July 5th in Whiteside Park. Beverages will be provided by the Ely Fire Relief Association and Food Trucks will be in the park for this fun, family event. The City of Ely's 4th of July Parade will be on Fri-day, July 4th at 1 p.m. Line up starts at 10 a.m. on 4th Ave from Harvey Street to Boundary Street including the Ice Arena Parking lot and the green space. If you are participating in the parade please enter the lineup area at 4th Ave and Boundary Street we will have pa-rade workers to direct you to your line up spot. Because of a major infrastructure project, Ely’s Fourth of July parade will look a little bit different this year. The ongoing Harvey Street Project will close off part of the regular route, and parade organizers and city officials have put together an alternate route for 2025.
