This event is specially designed for individuals with special needs (physical/cognitive disabilities), ensuring a safe and inclusive environment for all attendees. This long lasting tradition is held during the 4th of July Festival weekend. It includes horses, floats, fire engines, bands, Shriners, community groups, and much more.
