The 21st Anniversary celebrations are an event marking 21 years of RuneScape, celebrations first began on 4 January 2022 with balloon drops. MMORPG RuneScape turned 24 this past weekend (on the 4th) and has already started celebrating with balloon drops. The first happened on Saturday, but you can still get in on the fun on the 13th, 26th, and 31st of January. It's how "drop partys" are done now. That’s the drop party room. You put a bunch of items in and pop the balloons to see if you’re lucky. Did you get anything of value? On the 4th, 13th, 26th and 31st of this month there will be Anniversary Balloon drops occurring at lodestones every half hour.
