Come celebrate Independence Day on Cape Cod by attending one of the many Fourth of July fireworks and parades. 2025 schedule and times are listed by town throughout the holiday. Everyone is invited to participate in the Spirit of Sandwich Parade! All who wish to enter a float, group, antique car or walking group may register online or contact the Sandwich Recreation Department at 508-888-4361 to register and receive further information. Then stay and spend the morning with us for a parade and field events! To avoid the long, last minute lines, we strongly recommend pre-registration. Online registration will close on Tuesday, July 1st. WHAT: Spirit of Sandwich 5K WHEN: 4th of July at 8:00AM WHERE: Henry T. The parade will follow a short course through the streets of downtown Sandwich and will start and finish on MORSE ROAD behind the Wing school. Picnic In The Park And Famous Egg Toss Event Immediately Follows Parade- Starting at 11:00am Finally, join Sandwich Recreation in the field behind the Wing School immediately following the parade for a brief parade awards ceremony followed by the annual Egg Toss and additional festive field events.
